We’re always seeking experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and Master Black Belts to join our expert network of consultants. Whether your passion is strategic analysis, hands-on facilitation, or capability building, we welcome professionals who are excited to work with purpose and deliver real impact.

This is an evergreen expression of interest, open year-round, for individuals looking to contribute to client engagements that are rigorous, rewarding, and often transformative.

Our Work Spans Three Primary Areas:

  • Facilitation of Training and Capability Programs

    Deliver engaging, practical training for teams and leaders – from introductory concepts to Yellow, Green, and Black Belt certification. Coaching learners through real-world projects is central to our model.

  • Operating Model and Diagnostic Discovery

    Facilitate structured organisational assessments to help clients identify their core value chains, surface performance pain points, map customer journeys, and prioritise improvement opportunities.

  • Improvement Program Delivery

    Lead or support the design and delivery of structured improvement projects. These often align to client roadmaps and may include elements of process redesign, digitisation, capability uplift, and culture change.

     

We engage with clients across industries – including government, financial services, healthcare, mining, utilities, and more – and our consultants are valued for their depth of expertise, practical experience, and the ability to meet people where they are in their improvement journey.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification:

    Black Belt or Master Black Belt required (please specify certifying body).

    Indicate the level of learner (Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt) you feel confident coaching through a formal certification pathway.

  • Experience & Application:

    • 5+ years applying Lean Six Sigma in real-world contexts. Please highlight your experience delivering:
    • Facilitation/training
    • Diagnostic reviews or strategic assessments
    • Project delivery or operational transformation (Let us know which area(s) you prefer and why.)

  • Broader Skillsets and Frameworks:
    We value multidisciplinary expertise. If you also have certification or working knowledge in areas such as:

    • Design Thinking, Human-Centred Design, Customer Journey Mapping
    • Business Process Management (BPM), Process Architecture
    • Change Management (e.g. Prosci, Agile Change)
    • Systems Thinking, Enterprise Architecture
    • Learning & Development, Course Design

  • Flexibility and Working Style:

    Some engagements are full-time and embedded within client teams; others are flexible and project-based. Please indicate your preferred availability or working arrangements.
