Stephanie Naidoo is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt who has led operational and digital transformation inside three of the world’s most demanding organisations – as a global transformation leader at GE, a digital transformation executive for Citigroup in Japan, and head of group productivity strategy at Commonwealth Bank of Australia. She is also an educator and Chair of Business Excellence Australia.

Through Blue Crane Consulting Group, she now brings that same discipline to organisations building operational excellence as a capability that lasts, not a delivered program – across government, health, education, insurance and member organisations, and multiple university partnerships.

Her current work explores systems thinking, organisational listening and resilient operating systems. She is undertaking doctoral research connected to this field.
